Returns & Exchanges
Due to the affordable nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase
If a prepaid order is not delivered due to an incorrect address, contact details, pin code, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we can reship it for an additional charge of ₹200
Exchanges & Replacements
An exchange or replacement will only be issued in the following cases:​

To qualify for an exchange or replacement, customers must provide a complete, uncut unboxing video from start to end, ensuring that all labels and packaging are clearly visible. This serves as evidence for the shipping carrier and helps us assess the issue accurately.
How to Request an Exchange or Replacement
Email us at contact.laewels@gmail.com with your concern.
Attach the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for assistance.
Once we review your concern and unboxing video, we will assess the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.
LAEWELS reserves the right to refuse any exchange or replacement request that does not meet our requirements.
Order Cancellations by LAEWELS
In rare cases, we may have to cancel an order due to system errors, stock unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will notify you, and any payment made for the canceled item(s) will be refunded within 3-5 business days
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept cancellations. Please ensure that you review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase
